Is eM Client 5 Compatible with Act! by Sage 2010 ver 12.1?

I have just downloaded your eM client to trial it before I switch from Outlook 2003.
My one question is can eM client be used with ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 12.1?
I would need to be able to import my contacts data base from Act & I would need to be able to have all the emails I send recorded in my clients history in Act, is this possible with eM client?
