I use emClient on Windows 11, my iPad and my Android phone. The mobile apps were both installed by using the QR code on the desktop.
The Windows version and the Android version work as I expect. I create and email, press send and, after a short delay, the email is sent.
On the iPadOS version, however, when I create an email (either by replying to an existing mail, or by creating a new mail) the mail is not sent. Instead it goes into a folder called Outbox. If I try to send it again from there, it remains in the folder and still does not get sent.
I then get warnings that I have an unsent mail.
Have I caused this myself somehow by changing something in the Settings? Or is there another explanation?

Could possibly be the outgoing mail server settings not quite right, or you might have an older version of the iPad app and need updating, or might be some other reason.
So first press “Menu / Accounts” and open your account. Then press on “SMTP” under Services at the bottom and update what your “Server Address, Server Port and Security Policy” is so we can see if there is any obvious errors.
Also update what version of the iOS iPad mobile app you are using.
Also press “Menu / Settings” and press “Show Operations” and press the “Log tab” and look for any obvious sending error messages and copy and paste them in this thread. We might then also see what’s wrong. Blank out anything personal in the errors.
I have been using version 10.4.4606 on my iPad, which I got from Testflight.
I have now moved to version 10.4.4899 from the Appstore.
The issue seems to have resolved itself with the Appstore version. I have just sent several test messages which left and were then received correctly.
Does this mean that I should stay with the Appstore version? Has the beta testing ended?
Yes i would personally stay with the App Store official version. The test flight version hasn’t been updated for sometime.
