I have eM Client on 1 laptop and it is working successfully, linked to a GMail account. I am now trying to put eM Client on a second laptop, linked to the same account. This is failing with verification error for the GMail account. Is this process permitted by em Client ? I’m trying to work out whether it’s refusing because eM Client doesn’t permit it or because I’ve made some mistake in entering the Google password which means that Google has now locked me out.

You have not been completely clear; are you aware that the eMC License Free or Pro is per machine?
Specifically if you are using on 2 computers you will need 2 Licenses.

I was not aware that it was 1 licence, 1 machine. I only intend to stay with a free licence. So there is no attempt to defraud. Does this mean 1 licence each GMail account ? My wife and I have consistently stuck with 1 GMail account as we are both happy with this. Could we use my other (dormant) GMail account to enable the set up but then link both accounts into the eM Client on both machines (so as not to exceed the 2 accounts per licence)?
Thanks for your help
I’ve managed to get sorted although it has taken a lot of effort. I’m not sure how I resolved it in the end - I think some double validation email from Google must have been missed at a critical time and the email password not double validated.
Thanks for your help
