Installed new instance & sent emails are missing

Hi, I am an existing user. I have a new PC so downloaded eMClient onto that PC and activated it. After adding my email address in the set-up process, it has downloaded my inbox history but not the sent items, drafts etc.

What should I do?



Could be that it has not completed the sync. Right-click on the Sent folder and choose Properties > Repair. If it is a Gmail or G-Suite account, right-click on the All Mail folder instead.

It could also be that the account was setup as POP3 on the previous computer. In that case the Sent folder will not be synced with the server.

Best practice when moving to a new computer is to backup eM Client on the old (Menu > Backup), then copy the zip file to the new computer and restore it (Menu > File > Restore). That way all your settings etc. will be copied over, as well as any local data.
