Initial Importing of data from Thunderbird generates error

When I attempt to import any data from Thunderbird the following error occurs:
“An item with the same key has already been added.” I haven’t been able to “add” anything to the program. I run Thunderbird version 3.1.6 . Any idea what this means and how I can correct it?

Please, send the packed ThunderBird database folder (C:\Users[YourUsername]\AppData\Roaming\ThunderBird or C:\Document and Settings[YourUsername]\Application Data\ThunderBird depending on your system) to ftp://support:Heslo123*@emclient.com/ThunderBird . We will take a look at it and try to analyze/solve the issue.

I’ve the same issue… I imported well from Outlook Express, but for Tunderbird I always get this message:

An error occurred when trying to import data:

An item with the same key has already been added.
