Incorrect authentication error

I am getting an “Incorrect Authentication Data” error for my STMP, my POP3 is fine. Please help

Were you able to send email before this issue occurred? Also please turn on in Tools - Setting - Advanced SMTP logs under your account restart eM Client and try to synchronize.
