Incomplete update causes failure

Is there a “removal tool” for eM Client? My power went out while my PC was updating eM Client, and since then the “eM Client has stopped working” message pops up whenever I try to load it. Normal uninstall and re-install always ends in an error: “The error code is 2753.”

Hi, when you uninstall eM client you will need to manually delete database also. It is located in C:\Users\ current user \AppData\Roaming\ in folder eM Client.

Before you delete the database of eM Client, please make sure that you first make a backup copy of that whole directory!

You might be able to restore your contacts/e-mail/appointments later, although it sounds that there’s something wrong with your database.
