Incomplete list of Menu items under Search.

Under Help, Contents, Search, the menu items do not load beyond “Export”. Trying to repair eM Client did not help. Any suggestions?

My bad. The problem is under Index, not search. I’ll send screen print.

Your no-reply email asks to post the screen shot here? Where is “here?” The .jpg cannot be pasted into one of these reply windows.

In the right bottom corner of the reply window should be “Add Image” button.

Always had that issue - gave up.

I am sorry I cannot provide you any solution at the moment because we use a third party application for documentation and we have to report them the problem first.
