How can I specify a “from person” rule to apply to all emails from one domain, such as “*@mysite.com

For “People” use @mysite.com

Hi Al…

I cannot get this rule to work to work with @mysite.com
or with *@mysite.com.

Can you please tell me what I’m doing wrong.
I have eM Client v8 ver: 8.0.3385 (83a873c)
I have Pro with lifetime upgrades.

I am using the same version you are and also PRO (lifetime upgrades… if that matters)…

The rule works well for me… can’t imagine why it would not work for you.

This might be good question to ask, via a support ticket, of eM Client support

Hi Al…

I can’t even create the rule as it won’t allow me to move
forward by clicking Next.

Odd I’ll raise a ticket.

I think I have found why you are not able to click “Next”. I have not had to add a rule in awhile so this “change” may have crept in unnoticed from earlier way of creating the rule.

I am listing steps below (detailed to assist others as well)

(1) Click “New Rule”
(2) Click “People”
(3) Enter “@mylist.com
(4) Click “Add Address”
(4) Click “Save & Close”
(5) Click “NEXT”

Let me know how you make out…

Hi Al…

Thanks, it’s wierd, that’s what I’d been doing, however,
shut down EMC, restarted and it worked.

Thanks again.
