Inbox rule: Subfolder no new mail counter

Hello, I’m currently testing the EmClient instead of Outlook using an Exchange account. So far, I’m impressed with how well it works. However, there’s one problem I haven’t been able to solve yet:

I have several rules that sort incoming emails into different subfolders. For example, if an email from [email protected] arrives, one of the rules moves it into the ‘XYZ’ folder. That part works fine. Unfortunately, I don’t get a number next to the subfolder when a new email arrives there, so I can’t see whether or how many new messages are inside. When I click the subfolder manually, it refreshes and the number appears.

Please make sure to enable download for offline use for this account - that way eM Client would download all messages in the background and would know about new messages in all folders even before you open the given folder.

You can find this option in Menu>Accounts under the Exchange Web Services tab.
