IF i send email on PC, all is fine. If I send emails on cell phone, they ARE sent (they are being received). But do NOT show in my sent folder, nor are they sync’d with my ISP.

As eM Client sends ok and syncs to your mail server, sounds like the issue is with your Android phone mal app. Are you using an eg: IMAP , Exchange, iCloud account on your Android cell mail app setup ?
