Is there a quick way of adding a lot of email addresses to my contacts, without having to add them individually?

You can import them using Menu > File > Import. Just choose the appropriate option there depending on what format you have them in, so either vcf or csv.
Many thanks Gary - almost there but not quite. I saved two test emails in an Excel folder which I saved as TEST.csv. I set up a new distribution folder which I called DIST. I followed your procedure and found TEST.csv, no problem. But when I looked for this distribution folder to complete the transfer I couldn’t find it…Where is it to be found?? Thanks!
