Importing e-mail accounts with XML file is problematic

Export and import accounts…
I recently got a new PC and want to export all my e-mail accounts in emclient… It generates an XML file, which I then import into emclient on the new computer…
In the left sidebar, only 1 account shows, instead of 5. When I go into the account settings, all 5 accounts do show and are activated… but they don’t show up in my overview… Please help. I have a pro account since last month.

this is very strange behaviour - can you please check the account settings if they were not disabled by accident? If it will not help, contact me directly at wilson@emclient.com and I will send you further instructions.
