I have Windows 10 and recently started using eM Client instead of Outlook 2007. When I import folders into eM Client, they are there, then poof, they are gone. I am using IMAP. Also, when I made a new folder, it also disappeared after a short while.
I do not have a junk folder, and lots of junk is in my inbox. How do I fix this?

what account does this happen on? Is it a gmail/outlook/other account?
Could you please set up IMAP logs for this account in Tools>Settings>Advanced?
Restart eM Client after you do and replicate the issue with the created folder disappearing.
When it does, go back to advanced settings and ‘Send logs’. Change the message recipient to [email protected] and add the link to your forum topic in the body of the message so I can get back to you here.
