I just got the emclient. I am trying to import from a live mail backup. I do not have live mail on this computer and can no longer dl the wlm app. how can I import from a backup file?
As you made the backup with wlm export then you created elm files: that mean you can choose emclient file->import: import as elm;you have to choose the root map in the backup;in emclient you can check-on the indication to include submaps.i didn’t already try emclient import from wlm but i tried thunderbird import via elm from wlm

As your backup is a copy (and not an export) of the wlm data directory then it’s also elm format so the import as i described has to work:you just have to look for the root directory
