I use TB Portable o my L-Drive. eM doens’t find it and so i can’t import my account. Need help please! I really want to try this software and buy it. But i can’t even test it in advance…
Hello Peter, unfortunately eM client is unable to detect Thunderbird files (profiles) on a non-default destination. Please make sure to copy your profiles data into the default thunderbird location and try the import feature again.

I installed the normal version of TB and copied my profile from the portable version in the “AppData/Roaming”-folder after I got a hint via email by one of your account-managers.
It’s importing now, but kind of slow. But it’s ok - more than 180k emails to import
So - here we go! I hope your software is as good as it should be THX!
