Import draft messages from Thunderbird fails

I installed eM a few days ago and imported all messages from Thunderbird. It appears that everything imported. Except that I noticed today that the Draft messages are missing. I did a search with the option All Folders, but nothing turned up.

Then I did another Import - Selected Folder, and it said it was successful. However, I find only an empty message in the Draft folder (as before).

Any idea why and how to transfer them?

Thanks
Felix

Hi Felix, what version of eM Client are you currently using? What mail service are you using? Are you using an IMAP account?
How many Drafts messages are you trying to Import into eM client?

Thank you,
Paul.

Thanks for the quick reply:
v6.0.20648.0
Mail Service: Not sure what you mean with that.
SMTP/POP3 Account
112 Draft messages, only a few small attachments

I just realised, I can drag and drop a mail from one client to another. One at a time; slow but it would work… Rather use the import function.

Hi, I’m not completely sure what went wrong during the import, you can send me one of the exported messages from Drafts in Thunderbird to my email [email protected]. For more information.
However I’m glad you’ve found a solution for the issue, please let me know if you come across any other issues or questions, we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you,
Paul.
