This is a second email address and it has been a bit of a hassle getting it all up and running with my service provider and the settings. All settings are now working, but have this error.

Can you please try right-clicking the sent folder, selecting properties and repairing it to see if that helps?

Hi Dave, Thanks for that idea. I had tried that a number of times and so had the person helping me to set up the email. The problem then came up with the same for trash and junk. I decided to remove this account from EM Client and use another client. Thank you thought.
