IMAP Protocol violation

The program keeps reporting me this error and no more mail received in 3 hours, I’m able to send instead

Hello Bruno,

Please go to Menu > Tools > Accounts > Diagnostics and try running the Diagnostics feature for your IMAP account. Let me know if it solved your issue.

It seems an email, I have deleted it on the server but nothing change, the error remains

The program doesn’t receive emails from yesterday but they are on the server and with another program I receive them correctly

Any ideas? Thanks
