imap not showing up in account settings

I have a Comcast email account that is configured for imap, but the eM Client does not give me the imap option in the account settings. Only pop is available. imap shows in other accounts that I have (ironically, for which I don’t use imap)…  Any help is welcome.  Thanks

Hi Andrew,
if the automatic setup makes your account into a POP one, you can use the manual set up.
In the ‘Tools > Accounts > New account’ just choose ‘Mail > Other’ and input incoming and outgoing servers for Comcast manually.
