IMAP Diagnosis say OK - but get connection error

I have put in my IMAP settings for my email which is working on my other client ( The Bat!) and then do the EMclient Diagnosis - all is OK . No lag in the diagnosis. However I get a connection error later when I try to receive emails.

How do I correct this?

please take a screenshot of the error and copy the contents of the Operations > Log tab and post them here, so we can further inspect your problem.
