images, logos are no longer displayed

All images in the message area of all of my email’s are no longer displayed only an icon is displayed and the outline of an image. Is there a setting to turn the images on?

Hello Keith,

Please go to Menu ->Tools ->Settings -> Privacy -> Unsafe Content - and check ‘Display unsafe content in messages from people in contact list’ or ‘Display unsafe content in all messages’.

If you’d only like to display images from specific users, open an mail with images from that person. You should see two options “Download pictures” and “always download pictures from this sender”, if you use the second option, all images should be displayed for this sender in the future. This is called whitelisting the senders. You can manage the whitelist as well in Tools > Settings > Mail > Privacy.

Regards,
Maurice

At the time I sent this first inquiry, I found a fix.  This has happened again after a windows 10 major update. I’ve gone through all of the settings that have been suggested and tried them with no success. If I remember correctly there is a switch in one of the configuration files that needs to be set to a 1 instead of a 0 but I am unable to remember which file and it’s location. I am currently running the latest version of your software and tried the settings mentioned.
Thanks for the help.
Keith
