Images/content frequently don't display

At least once a day I receive blank emails from different known senders. Some are missing images others are missing all content. What should I look for?

I have a similar problema:
Some e-mails that are sent to me, I receive the text in blank.
They are not all, just a few and of different senders.
The only solution for reading hidden text is to choose “reply” or “forward”.
I already did the “repair” operation, which had no results.
Including the message I received today (2021FEB05, 20:04) from eM Cliente support with the subject: [eM Client] [PM] Thanks for spending time with us.
I have a pro license (paid) and I have version 8.1.1054 (582ba95).
Please, can someone give me a solution to this eM Client problem?

As you have a Pro License, and nothing seems to fix the problem, open a support ticket with eM Client.

You can also try upgrading the latest version in the Release History and see if there is any difference.

I have already updated to the latest version 8.1.1060.0.
I could not solve the problem.
By the way, the message you sent to me, didn’t show up either. Still in blank!
I had to resort to “forward” to read the content where you recommend resorting to “release history”.
If you have another recommendation I will be happy to try to solve this problem.
