I'm having trouble installing EMClient. It crashes with the following reported error below. Can you help please?

System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException (0x80004005): disk I/O errordisk I/O error
   at System.Data.SQLite.SQLite3.Reset(SQLiteStatement stmt)
   at System.Data.SQLite.SQLite3.Step(SQLiteStatement stmt)
   at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteDataReader.NextResult()

   at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteCommand.ExecuteReader(CommandBehavior behavior)

   at MailClient.Storage.Data.DataStore.GetConnection(String relativeName)
   at DbRepair.CorruptionChecker.CheckCorruption()
   at DbRepair.FormCheck.Check(Object state)

I’ve uninstalled it, removed the residual folder and run a registry cleaner (CCCleaner), but get the same error on re-install

Do you by chance have a corrupted harddisk? Perhaps you will try to check the drive/partition for errors and let chkdsk correct them if necessary.

Maybe you ran out of free harddisk space?

Hello,

This is a telltatel sign of a corrupted database. To be able to use the program, you will need to delete your old database located in %appdata% (just enter this in your file explorer.) Delete the entire eM Client folder and launch eM Client again.
