I'm a "No-Account"

OK…just downloaded free eMClient; received activation key, and followed steps for activating account. I even did a re-start. So why am I still unable to send or receive email via eM Client? Just call me stumped.

I presume you’ve setup eMClient to collect your email?

If so what error message(s) do you get?

Thanks Richard. I’ve been out of town and unable to get back to you. I figured “stuff” out----like how to access my account, profile, etc. Just took me awhile. Setting up new laptop…just takes time. Thanks again for your FAST response. J.
