If I delete all messages in Junk folder, are e-mails from those senders still going to go in there?

I am curious about how EMClient stores the addresses or domains that I blacklist. Is there a place where I can see the list? If I delete the e-mails in the Junk folder, are those on the blacklist still being sent there?

You can view the Blacklist in menu>Settings>Mail>Blacklist and whitelist.
