Identity verification failure after the latest program update

After the latest update, the program says it can’t verify my identity as the name of the host doesn’t match that in the certificate, giving me the option to connect, don’t connect, and show the certificate. But none of these works and the program freezes

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please try removing your account from eM Client and then adding it again (please note that all locally stored data will be lost, but if you have your data on the server, that shouldn’t be of concern. You can make a backup just to be on the safe side).

If that doesn’t help, we’d ask for a screenshot of the messages/errors that the program displays and also the log from the tab Log in the Operations window (Menu->Tools->Operations). Just select all with Ctrl+A and use Ctrl+V to copy it here.
