I'd like to use generic email addresses when creating/changing a Rule

Whenever I create or change a rule, I have to enter specific email addresses for “people”. I have situations where a single site uses 5 or more email addresses. It’s tedious to have to enter so many addresses for one site, like Fidelity.com. Can you change the rules process to allow generic addresses? For example a generic address might say “fidelity.com” and any email with that in the “from” address could be sent to the same folder?

Try creating a rule that searches “with words found in header” and enter
“From:fidelity.com” and see if that works… I’ve never tried this myself but
it may work.

You could also simply add the domain “@fidelity.com” in the field “Sent from people”. It works too.
