ics not updating google calendar

We are evaluating your software for our company using version 6.0.21372.0,  when we get a ics invite I am double clicking opening the item making the needed reminder settings and saving but the entry never makes it to the google calendar.  This is a critical need for our company, can you advise what we are doing wrong?

Hi Kurt, do you have the google calendar selected in the events details when saving the event?
When you open the attached ICS file, there should be a “Folder” field included in the details, make sure one of your google calendar folders is selected and try to save the event.

It seems to work on some but not others.  I just got a webex meeting invite with ics and when I open it the folder to select which calendar I want to use it not there.   I click on the scheduling tab and my name is there for a green check mark but there is an entry below my name with another calendar I cant select…  do I have a duplicate calendar that needs to be removed?  maybe its being saved in the wrong place.   See attached …

Hi Kurt, sorry for the belated reply, do you think you could send me an exported invite to the calendar that you’re having issues with?
If I understand this correctly when you receive a message with the attached .ics file you’re only able to add it into one account and none of your other accounts can be selected?

Hi again Kurt, sorry for the belated reply, I’m afraid this is caused by the meeting scheduler, the green checkmark is shown for the organizer, which in this case is your account, but it might be an online calendar of webex. Unless the calendar event is already in your calendar, you should be able to save the event to your calendar without seeing any duplicates or issues.
