icloud tasks reminders

Hello

I’m really tired of trying to solve this issue on my own. I need what seems to me a very basic functionality: if I set the reminder for the task in em Client, it should pop up on my iPhone at the set time. As for now, it doesn’t.

Even more, it doesn’t even sync the fact of the reminder being set:

 

Setting start/end/reminder time earlier/later doesn’t change anything. But if I set the reminder on the phone, it pops up on the computer just fine.

How do I solve this? Please help, I’m starting to lose my sanity :slight_smile:

can you tell me what version of eM Client rre you currently running? (Exact number from Help>About section).

is the reminder synchronized correctly to your iCloud calendar when you check it through webmail?

If you mean online iCloud cabinet at icloud.com - then no, it’s all the same

I’m trying to replicate your issue, but if the reminder is on the same date and time as the beginning of the task, then the reminder appears on the iCloud.com.
Does the reminder appear when you set it to a later time?
