when I put my icloud calender or contact details (user name and password) I get the message server says unauthorized and yet they ARE correct…

I do not have a solution for you Michel, but a question. What version of eM Client are you using?

I just downloaded the trial and am having the same issue.
I am using 7.2.3

Cannot login to iCloud

I think there were some iCloud changes made in version 8 betas. Maybe download the latest from the Release History and see if there is any difference.
