I want to change my download settings. i want to download and delete from my server into eM client. removing from the server but keeping all mail in eM client. currently, if I remove from the server it removes from eM client at the same time.

Hi, what mail service are you using with eM Client? Are you using an IMAP account?
If you’re using IMAP and want to remove the messages from the server, use the archiving tool in Tools > Settings > Mail > Automatic Archiving.

Setup the archiving scope for your account(s) and perform archiving with a selected criteria to download message into your archive folder.
