I understand this company does not want to hire people to help their clients but this is ridiculous.

No support with this company even though I paid for the product.  Another SCAM.

Sorry you feel that way Todd. I find that as a Pro user, I get fast and helpful assistance through the Pro License support page.

Make sure that when you submit a ticket, the priority is not on low. That helps in the response time, though all tickets are handled. :slight_smile:
