I tried to update my eM client but I am failed. What should I do?

You do not say if you are on Win or Mac or the version of eMC upgrading from to.
However, I will assume you are using Win and have downloaded the update
if not you can get it here: eMC LATEST VERSION
Reboot your computer and DO NOT start eMC - if it started on start up EXIT
Now try to run the update again.
