Are you getting any error messages ?
Where is my database ???
By default the database is in the following hidden folder locations for Windows and Mac.
If you carnt install eM Client “and you think it’s due to your database”, then rename the following eM Client folder to eg: eM Client-Old and then try to install. If you still carnt install need to know what error you are getting when trying to install.
(Hidden database folder Windows)
C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\eM Client
(Hidden database folder Mac)
/Users/User Name/Library/Application Support/eM Client
eM Client Storage database location
