I somehow deleted my contacts. Is there a way to get them back?

Are they Gmail contacts?
If so they can be restored using the Gmail web site.
Select Contacts at the top left. Click on the More… button and choose Restore Contacts.

If you have no backup, if you have not exported them or your email account provider does not synchronized them online then there is no way how to recover them.
