i set upmy att acount i can get it to connect in diagnose but when i try to download email it wont andi find it has changed the pop 3 part

got win 8.1 em 6 when i set upmy att acount i can get it to connect in diagnose but when i try to download email it wont and i find it has changed the pop 3 part from inbound.att.net  to att.yahoo.com I reset to inbound snd diagnose it shows ok then changes it when I try to connect

fixed it myself I reset everything to what worked did not hit diagnose and closed and email works now
