I recently cannot get any email messages to get to eM Client.

Email that appears in my web mail account does not transfer to eM Client. My isp told me that it would work better if it was iMap but I cannot find the setting to change this. Can anyone help please.

You can’t change to IMAP, you will need to recreate the account as IMAP and then delete the old (POP3) account.

If you like POP3, try disabling your anti-virus software and see if you can receive/send emails.  If so, you can add an exception to your anti-virus software (for mailclient.exe) and continue with POP3.
