I keep getting errors! Need a fix!!

I keep getting errors about “Connecting to {email} failed. [Exchange Web Services] An attempt to connect to {email} failed. This could be caused by temporary server unavailability or incorrect settings. Do you want to check the settings?” It works anyway, and gets/sends my email, but this window always coming up is annoying! Can anyone suggest a fix, please?

Hello David, not quite sure what is this error referring to, but it’s quite a common error that can occur in case the connection is temporarily disrupted. For more information please switch to the log tab when the error occurs, copy the content of the log from the Operations window, submit the details here for more information about the error.

What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
