I keep getting a message from eM Client that my demo period has ended and I need a license.

I keep getting a message from eM Client that my demo period has ended and I need a license. When I try to get a free license it says that I already have one for that email address. I have an activation key…what do I do with it?

If you have the activation key, please follow the instructions on how to activate the product in the email message with your activation key.

Navigate to Help > License > Activate and activate the product using your key.

yes, it says i have the free activation but i never received it and now i cant receive emails because the demo expired.

My husband put this on his pc and then on miine. He’s activated his, but i havent gotten into my email since 16 november and the demo has expired.

Would I use his activation code?

My husband activated mine with his, which allowed me to get my key. Im good now.

You should use a license code only on 1 PC.

If you need a license for eM Client on the computer of your husband, and a license for eM Client on you computer, you will need to apply for 2 licenses in total.

If you can not use eM Client to read the e-mail with the license key, then you still should be able to use web mail to read your e-mail, I guess.

There are no instructions on how to activate in the email message with my license number

If you don’t have any active license you’ll need to obtain one on our website. For the free license go to http://www.emclient.com/free-license. You will receive an e-mail with your activation key.
For activating the product please open eM Client and go to Menu -> Help -> License. You will see a field into which you will copy the activation key that you received in the email.
