I just purchased eM Client license but I input the wrong email. Please help!

I just purchased eM Client license but I input the wrong email. so I can’t got anymail from eM Client teams.
Then T try to email to info@emclient.com but without any responed.
Please help. or please told me how to contact the support in realtime like chat system.

24 hours. Without any responed from both sales@emclient.com and info@emclient.com.

I will wait for more 24 hours. If still without any responded. Maybe I should ask for refund with Paypal.

Time to waiting about 48+ hours.
