I have to select “Menu”, “Tool”, “Account”. I make any change then save check mail and it delivered. Try again no delivery. Go into Account make a change and sure enough mail arrives.

I found if I shut down the program completely and restart my Charter/Spectrum mail comes in. I hope someone will help me because I really like this program.
