I installed the programme but did not elect to import mail and folders from Thunderbird I now wish to dos so how can this be done

I need to import folders and mail from Thunderbird, did not elect this option when I first installed eM Client.  Now wish to do this, how can I do it?  Have uninstalled and tried re-install but not given that option

Just go to Menu - File - Import  and select Thunderbird.
