I have win 8.1 and when trying to reply to an email in a user account eM Client freezes (not responding)

I have win 8.1 and when trying to reply to an email in a user account eM Client freezes (not responding) for some time. If I do the same in an administrator account it’s O.K. and works fine.

for how long does eM Client freeze? Could you download and run this utility a few times when it does - emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe and send the log files to me at [email protected] with a link to this forum topic.
