I have set my account to be able to view offline, but it does not download the folder contents

Why is it not downloading all the folder contents?

I would suggest to click “Menu / Tools / Operations / Log” and see if there is an error message on that specific mail folder ? If there is, paste it in this thread and someone hopefully might know.

Right click on the folder, go to properties, choose the Offline tab and choose all you need to download, this is something that they must do as standard, not optional

I see in Beta V8  in Accounts / IMAP setup and option  (Include attachments & Images) as in below screenshot. I carn’t remember if this was also in V7 as haven’t used it for some time.
