I have one email address. I have a PC and a laptop. After I use one the other says I don’t have a license.

Strange as it may sound to you, the stipulation is 1 license per computer per user.
i.o.w.  the license on e.g. the PC , can’t be used on the laptop…

Do you have another email address to pick up another free license? 
Copy the license from the page after it’s generated.

Don’t use that email inside eM Client - just use the license to activate.
