i have multiple gmail and other emails, how do i create a common inbox for all?

I have 6 gmail emails, and 3 business emails, how do i create a common inbox with sorting folders like outlook 2013? the rules creation in eM is rather complicated, i really like the right click on email and create rule functionality in outlook, the eM has not yet worked for me as it nearly takes that each email requires its own rules, i need general from who rule functionality regardless of senders email. Anyone know how to do this?

Hi, under smart folder you have folder “All inboxes” that does not suit your needs?
