[email protected] I have downloaded free version program and all incoming emails are now coming. But the outgoing emails are not going as the account is showing…no account despite the email is configured…It says ''no account set up. Pls add an account first in order to send emails…"
could you please check Tools > Operations > Error window for any errors? If there are any, please take a screenshot of it and then check the Log tab (in the same Operations window) and copy the content of the log here so I can analyze the problem.
Also, if there are no errors, please check Tools > Accounts and under your email see if the SMTP tab is present.
