I have a pro 4 user licence and one of my PCs completely lost all licence details.

I have a pro 4 user licence and one of my PCs completely lost all licence details. When I try to re-instate it, it says I have hit my limit of 4 licences which I haven’t as this is the 4 th unit.

How do I re-instate the licence on this PC?

Why did I lose all licence details?

You need to login to the License Manager and deactivate one of the licenses, then try and activate it again in eM Client. If you have misplaced the login credentials, just click on this Reset Password link and they will be sent to you.

Each time you activate a license it counts as one. So if you activate more than 4 times, even on the same computer, it will consider you have exceeded your limit.

If you still have issues, as a Pro License user you can get VIP Support directly from eM Client. Use one of the eM Client installations that is activated and click on Menu > Help > Get Support.
