I have a persistent error message every time I start the program and am unable to get to go away. It really slows down opening of the program plus it is very annoying. I am ready to look for another email program if this cannot be fixed. It started several months ago when I tried to send an email with a picture file attached. The email was not sent because the file size exceeded the message size limit. I deleted the message then later deleted the file with the pictures and even the folder it was trying to store it in, but nothing stops the error message. I do not see the error mentioned in the log file.

Hi Ron,
if this error message is about a message in your outbox try deleting it with eM Clinet running in offline mode (File>Work offline) and then resynchronizing your account after you switch back to online mode.
If this does not help, please copy the error message for me.
